Not anymore. Mutoh’s Intelligent Interweave technology allows you to maximize your print quality while still maintaining faster production speeds. It’s in the wave!

Mutoh’s patented Intelligent Interweave printing technique (i²) print technique is standard on the ValueJet printer line. i² allows for increased print speeds while virtually eliminating banding, creating exceptional image quality. Its increased accuracy and consistency of dot size and release during printing improves the image. Increased dot gain control also allows for easier profile setting capabilities.

Intelligent Interweave offers many printing effects to improve the image quality. MUTOH further enhances the original print effects, and they allow the reduction and elimination of the banding that is the primary weakness of Ink jet printing, creating a fine tuned balance between print speed and quality.

The i-Weave-UV is the optimum effect for UV ink. It virtually eliminates banding and provides a smooth printed gradation. The i-Weave-UV enables for more beautiful high-quality printing.
